This Friday, December 15th between 5:30 and 8pm, five local churches will gather on the steps of the Old Town Post Office on Main Street in Warrenton to sing Christmas Carols to our community!
This gathering was organized by Pastor Bob Grant of Father’s Way International Church and I am so excited that my church, is one of the 5 participating in this fun night of caroling.
I keep thinking on this scripture in Matthew 18:20 when Jesus said,
For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them”
What a promise that as we gather as a community of believers, lifting up the name Jesus together, remembering his birth and the great hope He brought to a fallen world — that He is there among us.
Come join the community for a night of singing and worship. And come with great expectation.
For Week 2 of this Advent Song series, I have selected modern versions of 7 traditional Christmas carols, some of which we will sing together on Friday. I hope you enjoy!!
